Food: a Parisian macaron-making masterclass

Just the idea of joining a Parisian macaron-making masterclass is making our mouths water.  In celebration of Paris as part of The Rest Is Noise festival in February, french macaron makers, Ganache Macaron, will teach you how to conjure up rich, velvety rose and dark chocolate macarons whilst sipping on a glass of champagne.  At the end of the class, you even get to take home a box of your delicious goodies.  Ok, it isn’t the cheapest way to spend an evening (you also have to become a member to book now – so worth it!) but just think of all the money you’ll save on making your own macarons instead of buying them from La Durée…
