Music: book now for Renée Fleming recital

EVENT EXPIRED
The New York Times has called Renée Fleming the most sought after soprano of her generation and if you’ve ever heard her sing, you’ll know why. She’s such a huge star in the opera world that it’s hard to see her perform – tickets to her operas and recitals usually sell out months ahead (her concerts at the Barbican next year, for example, are totally sold out) but because this recital is at 3pm in the afternoon, there are still seats left – and some for a relative snip at £15. Fleming will be singing Lieder by Mahler, Schoenberg, Hugo Wolf, Korngold, Strauss and Alexander von Zemlinsky. Unmissable. Grab tickets now, we urge you.
