Calling all Nigella fans – and we count ourselves among them (How to Eat and How to be a Domestic Goddess are both books we love and rely on): you probably know that the domestic goddess has a new book out. It’s called Nigellissima: Instant Italian Inspiration and it’s all about serving up great Italian food with little fuss or bother, but without compromising ingredients or taste. Recipes include classics like a good ragu and pesto, as well as things that you may never have cooked before but which will soon become supper stalwarts, such as Yellow Spaghetti (made with saffron, marsala and cream), Tuscan fries and Yoghurt Pot Cake. But enough description! – this is a book to use and cook from, and with that in mind we’ve got a delicious prize draw lined up. First prize is a signed hardback copy of Nigellissima and a hamper stuffed with delicious Italian ingredients used in the book. Second and third prizes are signed copies of Nigellissima. To win, just fill in the form below by 5pm on Monday 8 October, when we’ll pick three names out of a hat. The first name gets the hamper and book, second and third get a signed book each. Good luck!
