Shopping: Ben Pentreath Summer Party and Sale

We love Ben Pentreath’s Bloomsbury shop (he writes a great blog too), which is full of lovely things to buy for your house, from the perfect long handled duster to the most exquisite armchair. Great stationary, books, pictures, objects, vases, kitchen and garden tools, lamps and books too. And glorious knick knacks, both cheap and expensive. Either way, we’re always tempted – by everything, so we appreciate a sale, especially one that is celebrated with a party. If you haven’t visited Ben’s shop yet (honestly, it’s one of our favourite shops in London), next Thursday evening 28th June, would be a great time to go. There will be wine, the shop will be open till 8.30pm, and every customer will get a 10% discount on anything they buy for the whole evening. The excellent and singular neighbouring shops, such as Folk, Oliver Spencer and Persephone Books, on Rugby Street and Lamb’s Conduit Street will be open till late too. Happy Shopping!
