Five minutes of TV food perfection with the Roca Brothers
Sorry, but did you see the last series of Masterchef, The Professionals? The episode when the finalists go to Catalunia and get a masterclass with the Roca brothers, who own and run El Cellar de Can Roca, voted the second best restaurant in the world, after Denmark’s Noma? OMG, but you must! If you haven’t got time to see the whole episode, below, then do just watch it from minute six till minute twelve, which is when the Roca brothers do their magic. It is six minutes of TV bliss. The three brothers are utter perfection. One of them, Jordi, who incidentally has the best nose ever, makes an apricot out of sugar. It is a thing to behold. When do we go for real?
