Hotel: foodie heaven in E2

If youʼve never made it to the destination restaurant El Bulli in Spain, then youʼre in luck because one of its protégé chefs (and the brains behind the secret supper club The Loft), Nuno Mendes, has set up shop in Bethnal Greenʼs old town hall. Called Viajante, it offers a true gourmet experience – think sea bass with chick peas and Iberico ham broth followed by sweet carrot mousse – and once you’re finished, you can even stay the night at the newly opened, attached hotel.
